Restrictions on Use of the Website

Access to Shipping-related Systems and Information through the Website
Your use and access of the Shipping-Related Systems and Information are subject to the following terms:
- The ‘Shipping-Related Systems’ are comprised of the Mailwise Systems which are used to provide tracking, time in transit, Mailwise locations, address validation and other functions and information related to the despatch of parcels via Mailwise. The Shipping-Related Systems and Information gained from such systems (‘Shipping Information’) are to be used by You solely in connection with parcels shipped by or to You or on Your behalf and for no other purpose.
- The Shipping-Related Systems and Shipping Information are the private property of Mailwise. Mailwise authorises You to use tracking functionality within the Shipping-Related Systems solely to track consignments tendered by or for You to Mailwise for delivery and for no other purpose. Without limitation, You are not authorised to make the Shipping Information available on any website or otherwise reproduce, distribute, copy, store, use or sell the Shipping Information for commercial gain without the express written consent of Mailwise. This is a personal service, thus Your right to use the Shipping-Related Systems and Shipping Information is non-assignable. Any access or use that is inconsistent with these terms is unauthorised and strictly prohibited.
- Any use in connection with the Shipping-Related Systems of automated enquiry devices, robots, or repetitive data gathering and extraction tools, routines, scripts or other mechanisms with similar functionality is expressly prohibited.

Online collection and Delivery process
Collection processing begins when we receive a confirmed order and full payment when ordering directly from the website. When we receive orders on a weekend or public holiday the order will be processed on the next working day.
When placing a collection through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including the recipient’s name, delivery address, contact details, and any special delivery instructions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any collection for any reason.
Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. While we make every effort to deliver your consignment within the specified timeframe, we are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery
Any specific delivery times requested on a collection form cannot be guaranteed.
When collections are placed on a weekend or public holiday, the collection will be processed on the next working day.
Same day deliveries are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to ensure delivery on the same day, provided payment is received before 13h00 on the day. Note that in this instance it is still likely that the delivery will only be done in the afternoon.
Every effort is made to effect delivery of your order timeously; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, in which case we will contact you via email and provide a revised delivery schedule. Customers must provide us with contact numbers for recipients to effect delivery.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mailwise and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, or the services provided, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content.
Indemnity
Subject to applicable laws, you agree to indemnify Mailwise fully and on demand against any liability, penalty, claim, loss, cost or damages suffered by Mailwise where attributable to any wrongful act or omission by you or any person making use of your payment details at any time or arising in any way as a result of a collection made by you on www.mailwise.co.za .
